Mark Greenstein joined DFJ as a partner and CFO in 1999. In that role, he was responsible for financial reporting, legal and tax matters, and general administration of all DFJ funds. With plans to retire, he assumed the role of CFO Emeritus in 2018 and will assist CFO Johnna Lesch, through an extended transitional period.
Prior to DFJ, he was managing partner of the Palo Alto office of Greenstein, Rogoff, Olsen & Co. CPAs, and oversaw the tax and audit requirements of all DFJ funds. He was also a senior manager with the Los Angeles and Orange County offices of Deloitte and Touche.
Mark graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in business economics and accounting and received the Ernst & Young outstanding accounting graduate award.
