Rob Ciechowski is a senior associate at DFJ Growth. Prior to joining the firm, he spent three years at William Blair focused on the biotechnology and pharma services industries. He previously worked as a research engineer with Fresenius Kabi as a part of their joint venture, ScaleReady, where he was involved in the development of cell processing systems for cell therapies.

Rob holds a BS in biomedical engineering with honors from Northwestern University. His research at Northwestern focused on developing novel methods for biosensing applications, for which he holds multiple patents.
