Tess Vorselen is a member of the talent team at DFJ Growth. She joined the firm in 2021 and supports its portfolio companies on human capital and talent initiatives.
Her experience is focused on recruiting and executive search. Prior to DFJ Growth, she was a founding member of the executive search function at Pinterest, where she worked closely with the leadership team on hiring and organizational design. She also spent several years at Heidrick & Struggles as part of the global CEO and board practice where she partnered with technology startups, public companies, VC, and private equity firms with a focus on C-level searches.
Tess received a BA in English and history from Williams College.
